From over 30 rejections to becoming a sought after speaker, Dr. ArNelle understands the highs and lows of the dental profession. With a passion for empowering women, she founded Dental Femme to help you succeed on your terms- professionally, personally, and financially.
Hi! I’m Dr. ArNelle,

An entrepreneur and first-generation dentist. I’ve built my career from the ground up, despite the obstacles stacked against me. Coming from a family that didn’t quite understand the journey I was on, I had to navigate the path to dentistry with little support or guidance. I learned many lessons the hard way, making mistakes that could have been avoided, but the knowledge for women was not as accessible as it is for men. I want to change that.
Dentistry is rapidly trending toward becoming a female-dominated profession, with nearly 40% of dentists now being women. Yet, despite our growing presence, we as women have often lacked the leadership training, resources, and contacts necessary to scale successful businesses—unlike the men who have historically dominated the profession. But I’m here to break that cycle and lead at the forefront of this changing trend.
Through the Dental Femme Program, I’m committed to showing women how to achieve another "first" for their families: true financial independence and legacy. In this community you will find the resources, contacts, and lessons that first-generation women in dentistry need to not just survive but thrive, building generational wealth and lasting legacies along the way. You don’t have to wait until you’ve been practicing for 10 years to start planning your exit strategy or to build wealth beyond clinical practice. Together, we’ll build the foundations for true financial independence, empowering you to create a practice and a future that works for you.
